Glasgow is once again being billed as a tinderbox city; fires have ravaged the city centre and destroyed a nightclub and one of the world’s most treasured buildings, the Mackintosh building at the GSA. But it’s also devastated the lives of residents and businesses around these buildings. In this first part of this series, we look at businesses affected by the fires and ask if politicians’ promises match what business owners are feeling on the ground.
